With a friendly and approachable style, Poppy focuses on helping individuals build confidence, improve their fitness, and achieve their goals, no matter their starting point. Poppy is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with additional qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Circuit Training.

Fitness is made accessible and enjoyable through personalised training plans tailored to individual needs. Whether in-person at Pace Health Spa or through online coaching, Poppy provides guidance and support to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.

Alfie

A client focused trainer dedicated to helping you perform at your best and feel great doing it, Alfie has experience coaching pro athletes, footballers, boxers and sprinters. Alfie has qualifications in British Weightlifting (L1 & L2), NASM Optimum Performance and Level 4 Nutrition.

Alfie brings the tools and know-how to get you results that stick and help you feel your best. Whether you’re just starting out or an avid gym goer! Every session is practical, hands-on and tailored to you, so training is effective, enjoyable and sustainable.
